1. I understand THE PLANS ROOM ONLINE web site is for use only by those companies, agencies and individuals that have a fully paid subscription to THE PLANS ROOM. Furthermore, I understand the information contained therein is proprietary in nature under copyright law, and has market value.
2. Only employees of the company listed below will use the online account  and password. Employees are defined as persons receiving a W-2 from said company for the current year. Sub-contractors and consultants are not considered employees. For purposes of this subscription, subsidiaries and branch locations will each be required to have individual accounts, and will be charged accordingly.
3. Any distribution of this account name(s) and password(s) to person or persons outside your company will result in immediate termination of all services.
4. I understand that when I have employees that terminate employment with our company, I will cancel their password.
5. I understand that upon renewal each year, and at any other time so designated, THE PLANS ROOM may require password changes.

    6.   I will, under separate cover and on company letterhead, mail/fax a list of authorized users. (As defined above)
